As a third-culture kid—raised in Singapore, Chengdu, and currently based in Los Angeles—I bring a unique global perspective to my work. This diverse background inspires the exploration of cultural identity in my creative projects.
My passion for visual storytelling began with a gift from my late grandfather—a camera that became a source of comfort and a way to connect with him. This passion evolved from photography, focusing on raw emotion, into filmmaking, where I now create short films and music videos.
My Master's in Entertainment Industry Management from Carnegie Mellon University, combined with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Parsons The New School for Design, has equipped me with the skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, blending creative vision with strategic thinking.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find inspiration and rejuvenation through creative pursuits such as painting and moodboarding, exploring new music, sports, and spending time in nature with my dog.
And yes, I do also enjoy long walks on the beach :)
