Conducted in-depth research and data analysis of social media metrics, generating reports on sentiment and trending topics to guide publishing strategies.

Riot Player Community UGC.
Drove community engagement by identifying and curating user-generated content (UGC) and scouting personalities for Player Feature, a monthly creator spotlight, and GGWP, a recurring article celebrating community moments. Contributed to Player Feature by developing interview questions that highlighted the unique talents and perspectives of featured creators. Utilized all X features creatively to leverage the platform's capabilities for enhanced community interaction, further strengthening brand loyalty and fostering a vibrant online presence.

Zillow

Spearheaded lo-fi video content creation for Zillow , from concept to delivery. This process involved identifying brand-relevant trends, developing creative ideas, and pitching to clients. The role encompassed pre-production planning, location scouting, and multi-faceted on-set responsibilities. Post-production included editing with iterative feedback loops. This lo-fi approach allowed for agile, cost-effective content production, enabling Zillow to rapidly respond to social trends and maintain an engaging presence across their social media channels.
